One example is Victoria Strand in Vejbystrand, where the carefully restored former sanatorium buildings today accommodate a care home, a preschool, and a museum. During 2025, the property portfolio was further expanded through the acquisition of Mats Paulsson Holding AB, whose subsidiaries include properties for lease in Sälen. Together, these assets contribute to the Group’s stability and complement its broader business operations.
