Bjäre Invest manages, develops, and acquires privately owned companies across the Nordic region, with a focus on businesses within machinery rental, trade, agriculture, healthcare, and golf resorts. The portfolio comprises both wholly owned operating subsidiaries and holdings in associated companies.
The Group includes companies and brands such as Kranpunkten within machinery rental, the Grevieåsen Group and Carepa within trade, Ängsgården in agriculture, Peritus Clinic in healthcare, and The National and Ekerum Resort within golf resorts.

Micke Rydbeck will take over as CEO of Kranpunkten on 1 October 2026. He succeeds Fredrik Paulsson, co-founder and long-serving CEO, who will move to a non-executive role on the board.
Hansbo Sport’s riding helmet, HS Vision MIPS, was ranked as the top-performing helmet in Folksam’s comprehensive 2026 riding helmet test. The helmet performed 29 per cent better than the average helmet in the test and achieved the highest overall rating.
When The National recently inaugurated The Range, it marked the next step in the development of the facility. With the ceremonial first shot, taken by Peter Hanson, one of the Nordic region’s largest and most advanced experience-driven driving range facilities officially opened.
