Ekerum Charity raises SEK 425,000 for local support services in Kalmar
This year’s Ekerum Charity raised SEK 425,000 in a single day, bringing the event’s total contribution to the women’s and youth support services in Kalmar to SEK 1,325,000 over four years.
Ekerum Resort Öland, part of Bjäre Invest, has established Ekerum Charity as an annual event combining golf and community spirit with a commitment to supporting the local community. Thanks to the generosity of participants, sponsors and other contributors, this year’s fundraising provided another significant contribution to the services’ work.
Since its launch in 2023, Ekerum Charity has brought people and businesses together around a shared purpose: supporting services that offer help and protection to women, children and young people affected by violence. This year’s result demonstrates the value of a commitment that grows over time.
This year’s event also welcomed sister company The National, Bjäre Invest’s other golf resort, represented by its management team.
