“After many years in management, it feels good to hand over the CEO role. Micke taking over is a natural step for Kranpunkten. I look forward to continuing to contribute my experience and knowledge,” says Fredrik Paulsson, outgoing CEO and co-founder of Kranpunkten.

"I am really looking forward to leading Kranpunkten. The company has a strong culture, an attractive offering and a clear position in its niche. Our ambition is to achieve profitable growth and gain market share,” says Micke Rydbeck, incoming CEO of Kranpunkten.

"An era is coming to an end, and a new journey is beginning. Fredrik founded Kranpunkten together with his brother Stefan and has developed the company since 1989. This feels both exciting and positive for the company’s continued development," says Per Gullstrand, Board Member of Kranpunkten and CEO of Bjäre Invest.

Fredrik Paulsson will remain a board member following the transition. This combines continuity with new operational leadership as the company enters its next phase.
