Bjäre Invest participates in Ekerum Charity
On 20 October, Bjäre Invest participated in the inaugural Ekerum Charity event, a day dedicated to golf, community, and fundraising, with all proceeds donated in full to the Women’s Shelter in Kalmar County.
The Women’s Shelter and Youth Shelter organisations work to ensure that women, children, and young people affected by violence receive the support and protection they need.
During the event, Bjäre Invest served as one of the hole sponsors on the golf course. Visitors to the Bjäre Invest tent could take part in a competition to guess the number of acorns in a jar, with attractive prizes awarded at the end of the day. The first prize included a gift card from SkiStar along with a Bjäre Invest gift bag.
At the charity dinner held in the evening, Bjäre Invest auctioned a protective riding vest featuring airbag technology, designed to inflate during a fall and help protect the rider from injury.
Together with the other hole sponsors, private donors, and participating companies, a total of SEK 251,505 was raised for charity.
