Carepa expands through the acquisition of KIFAB Pappersgrossisten i Kungsbacka AB
Carepa AB, a fast-growing supplier of consumables, is pleased to announce the acquisition of KIFAB Pappersgrossisten i Kungsbacka AB, Kungsbacka’s leading business supplies company. The acquisition was completed on 4 January 2024. This strategic investment marks Carepa’s entry into the Gothenburg region and is fully aligned with the company’s ambition to strengthen its presence across Sweden’s major metropolitan areas.
The acquisition of KIFAB, which has been an important part of the Kungsbacka business community since 1976, represents a significant milestone in Carepa’s growth strategy.
