Carepa invests in youth-founded Rekruder

Rekruder is a newly established staffing company focused on helping restaurants and hotels find personnel for dishwashing operations, while also making it easier for young people to find their first job opportunities.

Together with Rekruder, we can now also help provide dishwashers, a role we believe is an important and valuable part of the hospitality industry. We are truly excited about this initiative. Through Rekruder, young people are given the opportunity to enter working life while still attending upper secondary school. They gain valuable experience by learning the responsibilities of employment, earning their own income, and developing important workplace skills.

For customers, the service provides a flexible and reliable solution when additional staffing is required, whether during busy periods, unexpected situations, or throughout the summer season.

Carepa supports the initiative through business guidance, technical training on equipment, and education for dishwashing personnel through its Dishwashing Services business area.

In addition to Rekruder, Carepa continues its commitment to young people through the Carepa Junior Management Board programme. A new junior management team will begin its programme in the autumn, giving participants the opportunity to gain insight into entrepreneurship, business leadership, and the work of a management team. Applications for the 2024/2025 programme are now open.
