Grevieåsen strengthens its position in agriculture through new acquisitions

The Grevieåsen Group, part of Bjäre Invest, has acquired Agri Center Sverige AB and Gårdsservice Syd AB from Fischlein Holding AB. Through the transaction, the Group expands its business portfolio with two well-managed companies offering extensive expertise in agriculture and animal husbandry. The acquisition strengthens Grevieåsen’s position within the agricultural sector and creates a platform for continued growth across the Group.

Grevieåsen is a group of companies operating within equestrian sports and agriculture. Its businesses are centred around well-known brands and the sale of products to a broad customer base, ranging from farmers to horse owners and homeowners with a strong interest in animals, nature, and active lifestyles. The acquisition of Agri Center Sverige and Gårdsservice Syd represents a significant strengthening of Grevieåsen’s agricultural operations.

Agri Center Sverige AB is a wholesale company supplying consumables, accessories, and spare parts to retailers throughout Sweden. Its primary end customers are farmers, particularly within dairy and beef production. Gårdsservice Syd AB operates through direct sales and service to farmers across Sweden via mobile retail units, distributors, and e-commerce. Its carefully selected product range focuses on dairy and beef production and includes several well-established brands.
