Intea Fastigheter AB acquires Rönneholm Castle

Bjäre Invest has entered into an agreement to divest its ownership stake in Rönneholm Castle to Intea Fastigheter AB.

“Rönneholm Castle, with its rich history, is an exciting property with strong potential for continued development together with our tenants. We also appreciate its location between our existing property holdings and projects in Skåne, which enables efficient and effective property management,” says Charlotta Wallman Hörlin, Chief Operating Officer of Intea.

The lease agreements with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service and Nämndemansgården remain in place and will continue as planned.

The transaction was completed on 1 July 2022.
