Kalmarsundsbyn, Ekerum
Sea views, nature, and just a short walk from the beach, swimming areas, and one of Sweden’s most complete golf resort destinations. That is what awaits homeowners in the new Kalmarsundsbyn development, following Ekerum Resort Öland’s sale of a total of 18 residential plots. Kalmarsundsbyn has been developed in two phases, with twelve plots released in the first phase and six in the second.
