Ready for The Oak at Ekerum
Planning permission for The Oak, a residential development comprising 57 condominium apartments at Ekerum, was granted in June 2021, with construction scheduled to commence during the winter of 2022.
The apartments are being built within the oak landscape on the edge of Ekerum’s golf resort on the west coast of Öland. The development consists of ten townhouse-style buildings in three different designs, all offering attractive living environments and excellent views. Each building contains between six and seven apartments of varying sizes, ranging from compact one-bedroom apartments to exclusive penthouses with private rooftop terraces.
Sales of the apartments began several months ago and have attracted strong interest from both local buyers in Öland and Kalmar, as well as from other parts of Sweden.
The first residents are expected to move in during the autumn of 2022.
